The client-oriented quality policy is part of the general policy of the company S.C. CAT. S.A.  The quality management system adopted by the organization is implemented and certified according to IATF 16949:2016 and SR ISO 9001:2015.

The main mission of the quality assurance office is the management and improvement of the system by conceiving and keeping under control of the procedures by achieving planned and unforeseen audits and to evaluate the system evolution and to highlight the improvement opportunities.

S.C. CAT. S.A. uses statistic concepts (SPC) to monitor the processes’ capability.
